When we first started using them for our embroidery, they were fantastic. But because we are not a huge customer the service, quality of work and overall respect went away. It is sad that they do not care about all of their customers the same way. I unfortunately lost a new client because of the lack of professionalism and the disregard for my order.
Don't waste your time. Terrible customer service!! When I called with a few questions the woman was rude on the phone. I actually went in hoping the service would be a little better. WRONG! Same woman & same crappy customer service. Stay away!!!!
Excellent staff, they were very helpful. I had a custom design I wanted done on a shirt, they took my design and were able to get it digitized and added to my shirt fairly quickly. It's a one-off production, the price was reasonable and they got it done in a timely manner.
Do not waste your time with this company. The people who work there have zero business sense. They hurried me off the phone instructing me to send an e-mail, when I didn't receive a response I called them back the next day and the e-mail had mysteriously been placed in another folder. The person on the phone said that she would get me a quote yesterday, but assured me she could get me the quote today. I called one final time to explain that I was up against a deadline and although I had another company lined up for the job I wanted to give them the opportunity for the business. Her response "Well we don't go back and forth on bids so go ahead with the other company". I guess Heather is unaware that there are in fact other options and her not so winning personality and unprofessionalism was enough in itself to go elsewhere. As to how much they cost and whether it's fair, if only I knew. They couldn't pull their heads out of the butts long enough to put a quote together. From one business owner to another I do not appreciate the utter waste of my time and with that approach, Good luck!
